Mobile experiences part 2

Previously I wrote about my experience of the Nokia E6 smartphone running the Symbian Anna operating system. You can read the post here in case you missed it. I owned the E6 for about three months before realising that support for Symbian was declining and it had not really matured enough as a platform for a device like the E6. I was disappointed given the E6 competitive pricing, sleek design, great battery life and maps feature but I couldn’t live with the frequent glitches, occasional stuttering when recording video and lack of applications.  By August I decided it was time to change and fortunately I wasn’t locked into any contract.
